It may have taken me twenty four years to finally attempt it. The magic may have happened 4450 miles away from the homeland. But you will be happy to know that I have finally, finally managed to make a decent tasting (Trinidadian) stew chicken! Hooray! Well, to be completely honest it was actually a curry-stew of sorts. But de ting taste damn good so that's all that really matters, right? I ate it with some yummy sauteed potatoes and some French style caramelized carrots. Yaaaaa! I make stew chicken all the time, in fact that's what I had for dinner. Lol, I've learnt that if it doesn't come out right, feed it to a non-native or just say that's how you make it. :)
